RETURNS

You may request a return WITHIN 3 DAYS of receiving your order.

Items must be UNUSED, in ORIGINAL CONDITION, and returned with ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

REPLACEMENTS

If your item is DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT, we will gladly offer a FREE REPLACEMENT.

Replacement requests must also be made WITHIN 3 DAYS of delivery.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS

If your order was placed via CASH ON DELIVERY (COD), please note that COD CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and must be PAID BY THE CUSTOMER in case of a return or replacement.

For PREPAID ORDERS, no additional charges apply for return or replacement shipping.
IMPORTANT NOTES

CUSTOMIZED OR PERSONALIZED ITEMS are NOT ELIGIBLE for return or replacement unless they are damaged upon arrival.

Once your return is approved, we will share SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS.

REFUNDS (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method after the returned item is RECEIVED AND INSPECTED.
